Monthly Salary: up to $3600 per month
Job Scope:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and staff administration.
- Monitor attendance, leave, timesheets, and payroll-related data.
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Track project manpower, work permits, certifications, and training.
- Prepare HR and manpower reports for project management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance documentation for employees.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and administrative support.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree
- Knowledge of work pass application processes and employment regulations will be an advantage
