Responsibilities
+ Lead design, development, and deployment of OutSystems 11 applications
+ Architect scalable solutions using multi-layered architecture, modularization, and reusable components
+ Mentor and guide developers, providing technical direction and task ownership
+ Drive project delivery and ensure progress toward deadlines
+ Translate business needs into technical solutions
+ Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
+ Identify and address technical debt
+ Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
