- 8 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in OutSystems.
- Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, timers, and batch processing.
- Knowledge of utility industry systems and processes (e.g., Meter‑to‑Cash, asset management).
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
- OutSystems Professional Developer or Specialist certification preferred.
