Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented overseas visitor officer to support the implementation of Department of Health and Trust policies relating to overseas patient visitors. The successful candidate will assess patient eligibility for NHS treatment, manage overseas visitor billing and debt recovery processes, and provide expert guidance on charging regulations across the Trust.

The role involves interviewing patients and liaising with families and stakeholders where necessary, maintaining accurate patient records, submitting statutory returns, and ensuring compliance with national guidance, confidentiality standards, and Trust policies.
