Owner Relations Agent – Customer Support Team, Enverus.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P.
- Log inquiries in a case-tracking system and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Respond promptly to company needs, building relationships and trust through client interactions.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and friendly communication.
- Manage emotions in a calm, non‑defensive, respectful manner.
- Participate in cross‑training to develop new skills and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.
- Proficiency in handling multiple critical client situations simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills over phone and email.
