We are looking for an experienced and self‑motivated individual to fill the DCS/Process Engineer position at our Chemical Manufacturing plant located in Thorold, Ontario.
Essential Job Duties
- Maintains protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate and/or transport our products, as our highest priority.
- Understands, participates in and support HSE policies and programs.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ensures Process Safety and Risk Management objectives are practiced daily through use and participation in Management of Change, Process Hazards Analysis, and Pre‑startup Safety Reviews.
- Develops and implements distributed control system (DCS) and associated HMI configuration in a fast‑paced chemical manufacturing setting.
