Join Our Team at UPMC: Thoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider
Are you passionate about cardiothoracic surgery? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team that values mentorship, growth, and collaboration? UPMC's Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) is seeking a dedicated Overnight Advanced Practice Provider to join our Thoracic Surgery Division.
**Position:** Overnight Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care)
**Location:** UPMC Shadyside Hospital
**Schedule:** 3 12-hour shifts 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., weekday and weekend nights as scheduled, no on-call!
**Specifics:** Approximately 90% hospital rounding and 10% operating room. The overnight APP will manage thoracic patients overnight with the below responsibilities: Answer calls from nursing and other services with management requests and respond appropriately to advance patient care, complete interventions started during the daytime that need additional mana...
