**Job Details**:
The Junior Operations Analyst - Packaging aims to support the processes in the Package area, in a holistic way, manage the reverse logistics of our packaging and be the communication channel between the connected areas. Ensure the quality
and integrity of processes, in accordance with legal requirements, operational procedures (SOP), policies and/or any other required standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring of import shipments through an Intercompany control spreadsheet
- Notify the arrival of imports to the Customer Service team, as well as update the TMS system with the expected landing dates
- Monitor delivery status to the end customer, coordinate reverse logistics of empty packaging and temperature monitors and create return requests for the World Courier office
- Development and monitoring of area indicators, such as consumption of operational inputs, World Courier packaging and other SLAs
