What Are The Roles And Responsibilities
- Develops flexible packaging products for new products or existing products with new packaging requirements
- Builds product prototype, conducts trials & evaluates results
- Attends to customer complaints and provides root cause analysis and corrective/ preventive actions
- Troubleshoots, identifies root cause and provides solutions on in-process production problems during packaging
- Performs accreditation on new raw material suppliers
