Job Description
Lead the packaging team at a dynamic company as a Packaging Supervisor. Ensure high quality and efficiency in a cGMP environment while supporting employee development and compliance.
As a Packaging Supervisor, you will oversee approximately 40 team members, ensuring adherence to production schedules. Your leadership will drive compliance with cGMP guidelines, while you participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will also involve coaching employees and managing payroll, performance, and safety audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and packaging employees
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOP standards
