Packaging Technologist

Six Degrees have partnered with a large, multi-national food and snacks business to recruit a part-time (3 days per week) Packaging Technologist for their Sydney CBD based office.

The Packaging Technologist will work closley with the Packaging team to assist with admin tasks such as specification writing, artwork and labelling coordination as well as adhoc support as needed. This is a great oppurtunity for someone who is at the start of their career and is looking for some exposure with a large Australian business to further their career. This role is a 4 month contract which may be reviewed towards the end.

Responsibilities:

- Write product and packaging specifications
- Write technical documents
- Coordinate packaging artwork and labelling
- Run PREP reports
- Report to both Packaging and Senior Packaging Manager

Experience:

- 2+ years of packaging experience in an FMCG or Food Manufacturing business
