Our well-established Engineering company are looking for an enthusiastic packing operative to be involved at the heart of their business.

Duties

• Picking products from a printed works order and carry out inspection to ensure all components are accounted for prior to packaging
• Packaging of finished products, ensuring all components are securely packaged prior to placement into the relevant size box
• Strapping, sealing, shrink-wrapping, and boxing goods
• Print and attach product labels to the finished products
• Check component lists are correct against packing list and return paperwork to the office
• Liaise with the Works Manager and Production Manager with consumable order lists
• General Engineering and machining support
