Role Overview

The position focuses on installing, servicing, and supporting PackMark coding, marking and labelling equipment, and PackLink smart‑factory software solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end‑to‑end service and installation projects, liaise directly with customers, and maintain high standards of professionalism and safety.
