Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Application Support
  • Work with teleradiology systems, PACS applications, supporting software, and hardware.
  • Provide technical support for PACS, RIS, HIS, and integrated healthcare applications.
  • Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, hardware, and software-related issues.
  • Own, investigate, and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs.
