We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Paint Technician to support aircraft appearance, protection, and finish quality across our operations. This role involves hands‑on work performing paint touch‑ups, repairs, and coatings as part of a small mobile team traveling to aircraft locations.

How You’ll Contribute to the Team

• Perform paint touch‑ups and localized repairs on aircraft surfaces.
• Conduct color sanding / wet sanding to remove imperfections and prepare surfaces.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to achieve accurate color finishes.
• Perform localized paint spraying and blending as required.
• Carry out fine detail work using precision paint brushes.
• Assess aircraft surfaces and determine the appropriate repair approach.
