Job Description
Automotive Paint Technician – Pay Rate: £25 per hour – Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am‑15:30pm (overtime available) – Contract: Initial 5 weeks, outside IR35, potential for extension.
Role responsibilities
- Carry out wet paint repair on painted automotive panels.
- Rectify paint defects including runs, dirt, nibs, and surface imperfections.
- Ensure a high‑quality finish in line with premium automotive standards.
- Work closely with paint and quality teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive painting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts.
