  Your Role 
 Wehave an exciting opportunity to join our Maintenance team at The Fife ArmsHotel, Braemar as a  Painter & Decorator! 
 As a Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible forensuring that all areas are decorated and maintained to our standards, with thehighest degree of finish throughout.
  Main responsibilities: 
 Involved in all areas of painting and decorating; spraypainting, staining, varnishing, gilding, wallpaper, taping and filling.
 Think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and respondquickly to priority tasks.
 Interact withour guests in a warm, profession and helpful manger, doing everything that youcan to exceed their expectations.
 Carry out maintenance of the staffaccommodation internally and externally according to the daily task list.
 Ensure compliance with Environment, Health,Safety, Security and Fire & Bomb Policies and Procedures.
