Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Painter to join a busy in‑house maintenance team across residential properties in RG and SL postcodes. This role offers consistent work, a supportive team environment, and a company van and fuel card.

This position is ideal for someone confident delivering high‑quality decorating work within occupied and void homes. You will deliver high‑quality painting, decorating and wall tiling, plan each job, complete works to specification and customer expectations, carry out damp and mould remediation, external cleaning, surface preparation, minor repairs to tiling and timber joinery, organise daily workload, keep clear communication with scheduling, work safely according to legislation and procedures, use mater...
