Painter

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare surfaces (walls, ceilings, doors, windows) by cleaning, sanding, and minor repairs.
+ Apply interior and exterior paint using appropriate techniques (brush, roller, spray).
+ Maintain and repair existing paintwork to prevent damage and ensure good appearance.
+ Work with engineering and contractors to complete painting and renovation projects on time.
+ Follow health and safety standards and use PPE at all times.
+ Manage paint materials, tools, and equipment properly and request supplies when needed.
