The Paintshop Coordinator assists with the multi-shift day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the product shipments meet the customer’s schedule. Ensures that company policies and procedures are adhered to within manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Supports the operation of the powder coating process for metal objects
Assists in following operational procedures and contributes suggestions for improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency
Provides daily coordination and guidance to Paintshop staff and supports their training and development
