**Panel Builder / NPI Technician - Reading, PA**
**Hours and Pay Rate**
4am Start time: 8-10 hours shift including some weekends - $18-24/hr
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and assemble new electrical industrial control and low-voltage power distribution panels, including prototypes, using hand and power tools.
+ Construct and document prototypes from preliminary or minimal documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
+ Create detailed wire list documentation, including selecting appropriate wire terminals and tooling.
+ Assist Engineering in the design and creation of new panel configurations and layouts.
+ Review daily NPI issues and troubleshoot problems related to prototypes, including layout, wiring, and harness routing.
+ Develop and implement solutions for panel layout challenges and harness routing to improve manufacturability and performance.
