Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pantry Assistant to join our kitchen team. The Pantry Assistant will be responsible for preparing and assembling cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble cold food items according to recipes and standards
• Wash, cut, and portion ingredients for daily kitchen operations
• Assist chefs with plating and garnishing dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area
• Ensure proper food storage and handling in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory of pantry supplies
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines
