Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters.
  • Handle small legal claims that may have been escalated to legal.
  • Assist with requests from third parties, including requests for information.
  • Assist with reporting of litigations to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist the team with onboarding external counsels, drafting letters of engagement, managing costs and budgeting of matters, and reviewing bills.
  • Support various aspects of litigation cases, including discovery and data production, preparing witness evidence, and liaising with external counsels.
  • Lead and/or support wider projects for the litigation team to improve team efficiency.
