Job Description
The Paralegal shall assist the firm’s lawyers and clients in various legal and administrative matters, including, but not limited to, the following.
Responsibilities
- Drafting of legal documents as may be required by the firm’s lawyers and/or clients.
- Management and liaison between the firm’s lawyers and other legal staff.
- Coordination with clients, courts, and other public and private offices.
- Documentation, docketing and processing of documents.
Qualifications
- Computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
- Applicants with prior experience working in a legal setting (law office or legal department) or handling, drafting, and processing legal documents will be prioritized.
