Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide all-rounded legal and administrative support to the contracts team.

  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, conduct legal research, and compile court papers, bundles, authorities, and submissions to support litigation, transactional, or compliance matters.

  • Manage document review and organization, including paginating, redacting, and indexing documents; maintain electronic document databases and physical archives for efficient tracking.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including liaising with clients, subcontractors, opposing counsel, courts, and internal departments regarding supporting documents.

  • Handle case and matter management by maintaining case files, managing calendars and deadlines, tracking discovery, and coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts.
