Job Description

  • Answer and reply to leads by phone, email, and in online portals;
  • Answer basic questions about the legal representation, process, and fee structure;
  • Using templates, modify and explain consultation scheduling procedures;
  • Create matters in CRM (Clio Grow), make follow-ups, recommendations to the staff, and take the leads through each step of the firm's CRM.
  • Communicate with supervising attorney, make recommendations, and updates.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge or understanding of US immigration procedures.
  • Sales skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
