Base Pay Range

Nature Recovery Ranger (Multiple Roles)

Salary: £24,720 per annum for 0.8 FTE (4 days per week)

Full-time equivalent: £30,900 per annum

London weighting: £3,708 (£4,635 FTE)

Contract: Fixed‑term until 31 March 2028

Responsibilities

Community Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with NHS staff, patients, carers, volunteers and local community groups
• Design and lead inclusive outdoor activities such as nature walks, planting days and wildlife workshops
• Support volunteers to participate safely, confidently and meaningfully

Green Space Enhancement

• Deliver practical conservation work including tree planting, meadow creation, food growing and habitat installation
