Job Summary
Support administrative operations by accurately entering documents, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and liaising with customers to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Responsibilities- Enter documents accurately into the computer system to maintain up-to-date records
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to handle administrative tasks and inquiries
- Able to read and interpret documents written in Malay to ensure correct data entry and processing
- Converse in Malay with staff and vendors to support clear communication and collaboration
- Apply knowledge of Halal food processes to support compliance and operational standards (bonus)
- Report to the office 2-3 days per week and work from 9am to 2pm
- The rest of the days can work from home.
