Job Summary

Support administrative operations by accurately entering documents, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and liaising with customers to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Enter documents accurately into the computer system to maintain up-to-date records
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery and resolve issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to handle administrative tasks and inquiries
  • Able to read and interpret documents written in Malay to ensure correct data entry and processing
  • Converse in Malay with staff and vendors to support clear communication and collaboration
  • Apply knowledge of Halal food processes to support compliance and operational standards (bonus)
  • Report to the office 2-3 days per week and work from 9am to 2pm
  • The rest of the days can work from home.
