Job Description

I. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver dynamic, communicative lessons to students across various levels (young learners, teens, and adults) in alignment with VIA's syllabus and teaching
  • Follow, adapt, and enhance prescribed project lessons to ensure successful academic outcomes using effective strategies.
  • Actively connect classroom activities with project goals and provide constructive feedback on students' completed work.
  • Assist in placement testing and classroom allocation for
  • Perform essential administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date records of work, registers, lesson plans, and assessments, under the guidance of the Center Manager or Academic Manager.
  • Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback throughout their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to plan, organize, and implement workshops at centers
