Join the CMHA Peel Dufferin as a part-time Nurse Practitioner at the HART Hub in Brampton. Engage with clients in need of addiction and mental health support in a community-centric setting.
As a part-time Nurse Practitioner, you will work 18.75 hours weekly, collaborating with the RAAM team and providing integrated care to individuals experiencing homelessness.
