Pinecrest Manor, Lucknow, Ontario is hiring a Registered Dietitian for a part-time position. Contribute to our food and nutrition team, promoting healthy meals for residents.
At Southbridge, you will work closely with the Clinical Team to ensure optimal nutrition and hydration for our long-term care residents. Your primary responsibilities will include performing assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with families to address individual dietary needs. Keeping communication open with the Food Service Manager is essential for adapting to resident changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutrition and hydration consultations
• Create and assess tailored care plans
• Oversee menu reviews for health compliance
• Provide educational resources to residents and families
• Participate in care-related committees
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Dietitian in Ontario
• Preferably 3-5 years in a long-term care setting
