As a valued member of Extendicare's RPN team, you'll provide essential nursing care in our Scarborough Home. This part time, casual position allows you to lead personal care staff while developing and assessing individualized resident care plans. Training and orienting new staff will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate personalized resident care plans
• Provide leadership to personal care staff
• Plan, supervise, and assess staff performance
• Assist in orienting and training new team members
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses
• Compassionate and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills in English
