- Committed to optimizing and iterating the product strategy of the store, observing user habits, improving user experience, discovering new product features, and promoting solutions to existing problems.
- Teaching preparation, pre‑class preparation, and course delivery – inspiring student interest in learning, cultivating learning habits, and answering questions on time.
- Provide timely feedback to parents about student learning situations, summarize learning issues, and propose study suggestions.
- Summarize core user needs, explore new channels, and promote and reach more potential target users by contacting and communicating with paying and prospective users.
