Job Description

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Help implement operational strategies and standardization across QTS.
+ Support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies.
+ Partner with support teams to ensure legal compliance.
+ Manage recruitment related technologies and reporting.
+ Partner with technology teams in identifying system challenges/fixes and testing.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
+ Five or more years of relevant work experience.
+ Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience.
+ Strong Project Management and prioritization skills.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Experience supporting remote customers.
+ One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience.
