Job Description

Our client, a leading events business is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Partnerships Manager to lead, manage and grow their network of sales agents and channel partners across the region. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all agency partners, owning the full lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal for APAC market predominantly China.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for all sales agents and channel partners across APAC & Europe
  • Handles onboarding, contracting, performance management and renewals
  • Ensure all agency contracts are reviewed and approved by the Head of China prior to execution
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date agency directory, including contract status, commission tiers, and pipeline attribution
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new agency partners in key target markets
