Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field sales activities to promote healthcare products and services
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand market reach
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of partners and clients
  • Attend meetings, product presentations, and industry-related events as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of field sales experience in healthcare-related products or services
  • At least 1 year experience as a Medical Representative
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
