Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support student management and development programmes within the school
  • Handle and investigate student behavioural and disciplinary cases
  • Guide and coach students with behavioural or peer-relationship issues
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support students
  • Supervise students during detention, suspension, and other development programmes
  • Maintain proper documentation and case records
  • Provide operational and administrative support as required by school leaders

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience working with youths, preferably in education or social service settings
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Calm, patient, and passionate in mentoring students
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office...
