Job Title: Pastoral Support Worker Where: Southport 
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday 40 hours per week) 
Wage: £12.71 per hour 
Contract: Permanent (with 6‑month probation) 
Start Date: Immediate 
Main Purpose of the Role To provide high‑quality pastoral, emotional, and practical support to tenants. 
To promote the wellbeing, independence, and personal development of tenants in a safe and supportive environment. 
To build positive and professional relationships with tenants, encouraging trust, stability, and engagement. 
To contribute to a caring, inclusive, and faith‑based environment that reflects the values of the organisation. 
To work collaboratively with the Housing Team to support tenants in maintaining their tenancy and achieving positive outcomes. 
To encourage tenants to access appropriate services, opportunities, and community support networks.
