About the role

Do you have a strong desire to see students succeed? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Pastoral Tutor to improve the learner experience and contribute to the positive progression of all learners.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor the progress of a specific group of Further Education learners.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with learners.
• Deliver College group tutorial programmes.
• Liaise with members of staff and parents/guardians regarding learner progress.
• Signpost learners to wider support as needed.
• Support the College Safeguarding team, including supporting a caseload of students.
