Job Description
A Pastry Ch ef role is available at a four star, award winning, multi-outlet hotel with a busy dining operation. The property has three restaurants that have separate menus offering modern British dining all prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. There is also a large conference and banqueting department used by both corporate and leisure.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Pastry Chef at a similar style volume, fast paced, fresh food property, where you have demonstrated excellent standards. An enthusiastic, hands on chef that is creative, confident and a good team player. Due to the location of this restaurant, you will need your own transport.
