About the Role
Supervises 2nd Pastry and Assistant Pastry.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of pastry production.
- Direction of preparation under the guidance of Executive Chef.
- Management of 2nd Pastry and Assistant Pastry.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the same rank/capacity in luxury cruise ships.
- Must have relevant STCW certificates and travel documents.
- Must be physically fit.
- Basic command in English language.
Required Skills
- Experience in pastry production.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury cruise ships.
- Advanced English language skills.
