The Role
- Produce high-quality pies and pastries according to set recipes and production schedules.
- Prepare and work with various doughs, fillings, and pastry types.
- Ensure consistent portioning, shaping, and finishing of products.
- Operate production equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain strict food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.
