Pastry Manager

Hi-Rise Bread Company is hiring a pastry manager. Hi-Rise is a small, independently owned bakery and cafe well-known for its breads and pastries at its two Cambridge locations. Using carefully-sourced ingredients and making everything from scratch, Hi-Rise is committed to producing the highest quality baked goods in a comfortable neighborhood setting.

The pastry manager will oversee the operations of Hi-Rise’s pastry department, coordinating daily production needs and baking schedules. An effective pastry manager will ensure that quality standards are met in all aspects of operation while executing Hi-Rise’s time-honored recipes for cookies, cakes, pies, tarts, and quickbreads. Additionally, the pastry manager will have the creative capacity to develop new products that fit within the established brand identity.
