JR PAT Testing is expanding across the UK and looking for self‑employed PAT Engineers to work primarily in Mill Hill. Flexible hours and both part‑time and full‑time opportunities are available. Roles involve travelling to a variety of sites such as hospitals, retail outlets, offices, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites and perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on a range of electrical appliances.
• Operate testing instruments, record results in PAT test report books or electronic systems, and issue completion certificates and checklists.
• Inform users of testing results, explaining any corrective actions required.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring all tests meet relevant regulations.
• Keep all testing equipment calibrated, up‑to‑date, and in good working order.
• Plan and manage daily workload, ensuring efficient use of travel time and resources.
