Department: HRH Anatomic Pathology
Work Schedule: PRN, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Weekend Days
Pay: $50.76 - $76.14 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Provides services in anatomic pathology under the direction of Pathologist.
Responsibilities:
+ Grosses simple, non-complicated and complex surgical pathology specimens, with possible inclusion of dermatology specimens.
+ Performs frozen sections, and provides coverage and support as needed.
+ Aids Attending Pathologist.
+ Obtains pertinent clinical information and history. Maintains Patient Confidentiality by following Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
