Patient Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an empathetic and highly organized Patient Coordinator to be stationed at our partner hospital in Kochi. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between a completed sale and insurance dispatch, serving as a dedicated buddy to the patient throughout their insurance journey.

Please note: While stationed at the hospital, your interaction with patients will not be face-to-face. This is primarily a calling and chat-based role. You will rely on phone calls and WhatsApp to guide patients, collect documents, and ensure a smooth process.

The ideal candidate takes a patient-first approach, excels at remote communication, and is highly proficient in tracking data.
