Patient Finance Coordinator

Adecco Professional has partnered with a medical facility downtown Toronto, Ontario to find a temporary Patient Finance Coordinator to join their team in an urgent capacity. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and financially savvy Medical Finance Coordinator where you will act as a central point of communication between our front desk, clinical teams, and finance department. You will help patients understand the financial aspects of their specialty care, provide guidance on payment options, and support the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. Sensitivity, discretion, and a strong commitment to patient support are essential, especially when assisting individuals during emotionally meaningful moments in their treatment journey. Although temporary to start, there is potential for this to become something more permanent.
