Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Attend all patients’ enquiries, either through call‑in or walk‑in, promptly and courteously.
  • Register patients either for appointment or walk‑in treatment.
  • After treatment, discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting accurate payments, and scheduling next appointments.
  • Collect payment accurately in any mode of payment (cash, NETS, credit card, etc.).
  • Key in every treatment charge and sales of dental products in clinic management software.
  • Issue medical receipts and medical certificates.
  • File patients’ treatment cards correctly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times.
  • Support basic clinical tasks during peak hours or as assigned.
