- Treasury Management, payment monitoring related to claims processing, Bordeau.
- Ability to freely & decisively communicate with internal / external stakeholders.
- Responsible for delivering SLAs.
- Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives.
- Establish & maintain strong process controls.
- Manage all month-end activities as per the calendar and coordinate with respective onshore and offshore team members
- Identify process efficiencies and participate in process improvements / Automation initiative.
- Sound knowledge of Treasury Process.
- Good experience with Payment monitoring and Processing.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
