Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct and timely payments to businesses at the Latam level (7 countries) following protocols established in each country.
  • Support and accompany projects and initiatives of the payment team.
  • Monitor management indicators.
  • Ticket management requested by our merchants and internal customer.
  • Manage tickets requested by our businesses and internal customers.
  • Perform bank reconciliation (Bank vs Admin).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), in Treasury, or customer service areas.
  • Preferred experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech.
  • Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
